In these training sessions was focused on issues and perspectives of the potential space cluster in Lithuania. Were analyzed in the global best practices in cluster formation and management of intellectual property sphere. Their participants were introduced to formal and informal intellectual property management principles, models, tools, basic techniques, standards. Also the organizers aim of taming the ongoing evaluation of the organization and the micro makroprocesus trained to identify process performance indicators and analyze them, use the advantages of the process approach in the context of the organization strategy.
